Sister Umm Saif Allah al-Ansariyah (Filiz Gelowicz) to be Released Early!!!

!!!الحمد الله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات و الله اكبر

Praise is to Allah Who by His Blessing all good things are perfected, Allah is the Greatest!!!

We are pleased to convey the good news of the early release of our Sister Umm Saif Allah al-Ansariyah from the prisons of the oppressors, and we testify that there is no Power or Might except Allah and He is soley to thank and the cause of her release. But we ask Him to reward all of those who continued to make du’a for our sister and worked towards securing her freedom in accordance with the obligations of Rasul Allah ﷺ who said:

‘Feed the hungry, visit the sick and free the prisoner!’

It has been announced that Sister Umm Saif Allah al-Ansariyah (Filiz Gelowicz) will be released early on 25 April, Wednesday of next week from her imprisonment. Sister Filiz was initially sentenced in March 2011 for a term of two years and six months imprisonment. According to the radio wave information service SWR  the Berlin Court of Appeal decided that the remaining sentence is to be suspended. The reason stated by the Court for the early release, among ‘other things’ was the exemplary behavior and good conduct of the Sister while she has been in custody. Although scheduled to be released before her initial sentence she will still face restrictions while on probation for a period of three years. Her current lawyer, defense lawyer of the Bonn Günal Mutlu said, SWR, “Mrs. Gelowicz would now lead a normal life, find work and take care of her husband.”

Filiz Gelowicz: October 2011 (Their Hearts are Dead Even though the Mercy of Allah is Greater than His Anger)

In the Name of Allah, Ar-Rahman, Ar-Raheem

All Prasie is due to Allah, Lord of the Universe. We Praise Him, Seek His Help, His Protection and His Forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our ownselves and from our evil deeds. And whomsoever Allah has guided, non can misguide and whomsoever Allah leads astray, none can guide.

I bear witness that there is nothing to truly worship except Allah subhana wa ta’ala, exclusively without any partner. And I bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His Servant and Messenger.

May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be with you my honored brothers and sisters,

Inshallah you are receiving this letter in the best of conditions in both in health and in imaan. Today I received your letters from 2011-09-22, Alhumdulillah. May Allah azza wa jal reward you with the best and may He accept our duas, Ameen.

Actually I don’t know what to begin with. My complaint is directed to Allah subhana wa ta’ala alone. I will no longer report about my sufferings which I am facing inside [the prison] because my brothers and sisters are blind; even though they can see, they close their eyes. They are deaf; even though they can hear, they do not wish to listen. They are dumb; even though they can speak, they remain silent. Their hearts are dead even though the Mercy of Allah is greater than His Anger.

And why are their hearts dead? Because they have sold themselves and their religion. Their hearts are sickened with the love of this dunya. What a miserable condition they are in! So deeply sunken they are, that they, without a doubt, scream the loudest and yet, sadly, their deeds speak something entirely different. What a hypocrisy! They are only lying to themselves to comfort their conscience, but Allah subhana wa ta’ala knows the unseen!

Our condition will never change until we change ourselves. I do not need to report, as everyone knows the truth! These words are firstly directed at me before you.

Apologies my dear brothers and sisters, I will keep it short as I do not wish to transcribe my grief to paper and do not wish sadness on my brothers and sisters. My tears are soaked by my duas and this is the way it shall remain. Nothing and no one except Allah subhana wa ta’ala can dry my tears.

They can take everything from me except that which I carry in my heart because I know what is with Allah is better and more constant. My reliance and my hope is directed to Allah subhana wa ta’ala alone; His Will shall manifest and nothing else.

Im Namen Allahs, the Allerbarmers, the Barmherzigen

Allahs Friede und Segen auf dir liebe Sara,

Inshallah erreicht dich mein Brief bei bester Gesundheit! Gestern habe ich deinen Brief bekommen, Allah sei Dank, ich habemichwirklich sehr darüber gefreut, vor allem, daß du dïr so viel Mūhe beim Malen gegeben hast! Hey Sara, ich hoffer dein Yater hat nur Gutes übermicherzählt! J

Du fragstmichwas ich den ganzen Tag so mache… Liebe Sara, wenn ich dir das erzähle, würdest du dich langweilen! J Jeder Tag ist gleich! Das Essen hier achtmichkrank, deswegen esse ich ganz viel Obst! Und wenn meine Mamemichbesucht, kauft sie mir ganz viel Schokolade! J Das ist fürmichwie Bayram (Zuckerfest), da bekommt man ya auch viele Süßigkeiten!:)

Liebe Sara, es ist schon sehr spät und ich solte etwas schlafen! Sag viele liebe Grüße an deine Mama und deinen Vater!

Allah’s Peace and Blessings be upon you, dear brothers and sisters. Allah willing, my letter reaches you in the best of health and steadfast in faith!

Thanks for all the letters from the brothers and sisters and the stamps! May Allah (swt) bless you! AMIN!

I’m sorry to send the stamps back to you, because I may get only 3 stamps per letter!  I was able to get 3 stamps from your post, thanks be to Allah!

I could not get any letters from the sisters because they are not completely in German! I will get the letters when I am released, Allah willing!

Hence, my request to you … If you get letters for me to rewrite everything in German please! May Allah (swt) bless you! AMIN!

Allahs Friede und Segen auf euch geehrte Geschwister, so Allah will erreicht euch mein Brief bei bester Gesundheit und starkem Glauben!

Danke für all die Briefe von den Geschwistern und die Briefmarken! Möge Allah (swt) euch segnen! AMIN!

Leider muss ich euch die Briefmarken zurückschiken, weil ich pro Brief nur 3 Briefmarken bekommen darf! 3 Briefmarken durfte ich von euren Marken erhalten, Allah sei Dank!

Ich durfte auch nicht alle Briefe von den Geschwister bekommen, weil sie nicht komplett in deutsch sind! Die Briefe bekomme ich erst, wenn ich entlassen werde, so Allah will!

Deswegen meine Bitte an euch… Wenn ihr Briefe für mich bekommt, alles in deutsch umschreiben bitte! Möge Allah (swt) euch segnen! AMIN!

May Allah’s Peace and Blessings be on you dear Sara,

Inshallah my letter reaches you while you are in perfect health! Yesterday I received your letter, thanks be to Allah. I am really very pleased about that, above all, even if you may have been so troublesome at times!

Hey Sara, I hope your father tells nothing but good about me! :)

You ask me what I do all day so … Dear Sara, if I tell you that, you will be bored! :)  Each day is the same! The food here makes me sick, so I eat lots of fruit! And if my Mame visits me, she buys me lots of chocolate! :)  This is for me like Bayram (Sugar Festival), because you get a lot of sweets :)

Dear Sara, it is very late and I should get some sleep! Convey many salaam to your mother and father!

May Allah protect you and have mercy on you and be with you! Amin!

Abu Usama al-Ghareeb: July 30, 2011

Praise is to Allah, who glorifies Islam with His victory and disgraces disbelief with His might, and dispenses affairs with His orders, and lures the disbelievers by His cunning, who has destined days as rounds amongst the people and has made the final victory for the believers by His grace and peace and blessings upon him, who raised the light of Islam with his sword, the one who said “Release the prisoner”

To proceed

I have received this letter from our honorable defiant imprisoned sister Umm Saif Allah Al Ansariyah (May Allah grant her steadfastness and hasten her release), after I persuaded her to tell me of her news and what she is suffering at the hands of the Crusaders.

So I present before you, here, my brothers in Islam, a simple portion of the tragedy of your sister, I present it that perhaps it might open the eyes of those sleeping and enliven the hearts of the heedless.

As for he who is unmoved by these words then let him cry upon himself for his heart is dead- May Allah save all of us from that.

Your bereaved sister says:

Do you not know that they have taken from me my clothes (My Aba’a and Khimar and Hijab) for no reason except to humiliate me?

Did you know that they insulted our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) for nothing except to provoke me so that I go into a rage so that they can do what they want to me and take away my dress until I would have nothing to cover myself with?

Did you know that they put me without any reason in solitary confinement to isolate me for four continuous weeks during which I did not see the light?

Do you know that they chained me with chains from my hands and legs and took me to see my husband when I asked to see him before giving me to the Berlin prison in order to disgrace me and him, and they chained my legs so tight that the iron almost wounded me and hurt me badly with every step I took… for nothing except that my husband would see me in this condition of pain.

They wanted with all this and plenty and plenty of other things to break us and disgrace us, but I tolerated it and did not complain in front of my husband of any pain so that I don’t increase his pain and suffering.

All of this is nothing but a very simple portion, or 1/10th of what I saw and suffered, but I have not and shall not bow my head in front of any one except Allah! Let the enemies of Allah take from me my honor my respect and whatever I have, but they will not reach, by the will of Allah, what I carry in my heart.

I Ask Allah, the High, the Great, to awaken the men of my Ummah and accept from us our spending and patience! Ameen

And our final call is Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds
And peace be upon the Prophet Muhammad, so long as the birds fly in the sky.
